Upload one setter's call export from Vonage for a single day — either format works:

• .csv "All Calls" export — columns Call ID, Date/Time (earliest), Duration, Initial Direction, Inbound, Outbound, Answered.
• .pdf "Users Report" export — columns Direction, To, From, Date/Time, Duration. This one has real phone numbers, so it also captures each call's destination area code for the regional connect-rate breakdown.

Neither format says whose calls they are, so pick the setter below — the whole file is treated as that setter's calls for the date you pick. The ≥10-second connect rule is applied automatically to outbound calls, and Dials / Connects / Talk Time are written straight to that setter's Setter Daily Log row — no manual copy-paste, no separate calculator file.
